Once Newtone is open with your audio:

Many websites offer suspicious downloads of "Newtone_x64.dll" or similar files claiming to unlock the plugin. These are not legitimate. Newtone cannot be unlocked by dropping a single DLL file into a folder — Image-Line's licensing is tied directly to your account and registration system.
